Our Legal Team

Ravi joined Whelton Hiutin LLP as an articling student in 2026. He has a strong interest in civil and commercial litigation and is particularly drawn to advocacy and the strategic aspects of litigation.

Ravi earned his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2026. During law school, he developed a particular interest in written and oral advocacy. He competed in the Baby Gale Moot at the Ontario Court of Appeal and later represented Osgoode in the Harold G. Fox Intellectual Property Law Moot at the Federal Court.

Ravi also worked as a Research Assistant to Professor Palma Paciocco, conducting research in the areas of evidence and privilege, and contributed to research initiatives through Osgoode’s Winkler Institute for Dispute Resolution. He was also involved with Pro Bono Students Canada’s Indigenous Youth Outreach Project, where he helped introduce Indigenous youth to the Canadian legal system and opportunities within the legal profession.

Prior to law school, Ravi earned an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biology from York University, graduating with First Class Distinction. His scientific background fostered an analytical and detail-oriented approach to problem solving that he brings to his legal work.

In Ravi’s free time, he can usually be found at the gym, watching sports, or trying a new restaurant with family and friends.
